Errands

What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.

from Leisure, William Henry Davies

While performing errands on Saturday I happened on the Saturday/Sunday?/Tuesday? market, which in Zalaegerszeg is neither a tourist event as in San Miguel nor a political statement, meeting place, or something to do with the kids as in Oakland, but – depending on who one speaks to – something at which old ladies sell their mushrooms and a few potatoes or …. or what?

The photo of the Penny Market is how my immediate neighborhood looks, the clothing pile at the recycling bins occurs every weekend in our apartment’s parking lot, and the circus is coming to town (yay) and — the tire?
